Programs we Offer
Fitness
We offer both Boys Ninja classes as well as a Sports Conditioning program that is designed to enhance an athlete's readiness for any sport. These programs address flexibility, functional strength, balance, agility, plyometrics, and aerobics. All of these qualities are necessary for any sporting activity. It is our intent to provide an intense fitness workout while using fun gymnastics and fitness equipment. We have conditioned boys of all ages as well as baseball teams, track teams, soccer teams, and more!
Gymnastics
Fit Kids offers recreational and competitive gymnastics programs from ages 2-18. Classes consist of training on the 4 Olympic events: Floor (Tumbling & Dance), Balance Beam, Uneven Bars, & Vault. Fit Kids also utilizes a variety of state-of-the-art equipment including an in-ground foam pit, tumble track, mini trampolines, wedges, tumble tracks & more!
